【ハラモ シャルドネ 2017】

パイナップルや杏を想わせるフルーツのフレッシュな香りにナッツやハチミツの様なふくらみのあるリッチな香り。口中で感じる樽のニュアンスと共に奥行のある果実味の凝縮感をしっかりと酸が支えている印象。しっとりとした余韻が心地よく続いていきます。

まだ樽がはっきりと主張しているので少し寝かすことでよりまとまりのある味わいになると思います。

長野に押されがちなシャルドネですが、どうしてどうして美味しい山梨のシャルドネです。

【Halamo Chardonnay 2017】 A fresh scent of fruits reminiscent of pineapples and persimmons, and a rich scent with nuts and honey-like bulges. Impression that acid supports solid sense of concentration of fruit taste with depth with nuance of barrel which we feel in the mouth. The moist and lingering rhyme continues comfortably. Since the barrel still claims clearly, I think that it will become a more cohesive taste by a little sleep. It is Chardonnay which is often pushed by Nagano, but why is it delicious Chardonnay of Yamanashi.
