普段はほとんど飲むことがなく、毎年この時期だけのデラウェア。昔は食べる葡萄といったらデラウエアだったので、この独特の青リンゴの様な香りに葡萄の姿が思い浮かびます。 2019年も新酒はこの葡萄から始まりますが、今年は天候に恵まれなかったためか最初に酸が口中に広がります。とても爽やかな酸なので暑さの残るこの時期にはむしろ心地よく感じられる味わいです。追いかけるように果実味たっぷりの甘味が広がり、そのまま甘味と酸味が主張し合いジューシーな印象を残しながら飲み続けることができます。、低いアルコール (8%) の軽やかな果実感を、キリッと冷やしてカブガブと気軽に楽しめます。
