少し濁りのある白に近いレモンイエロー。 ややボリュームのある柑橘香、ハーブ、甲州種によく表れる酵母の香り。 僅かに感じる炭酸と同時に厚みのある果実味を柔らかな酸味が後から追いかける感じ、さらに時間経過とともに苦み。 アフターは爽やかな酸と苦みがよくなじみながらスーっとフェードアウトしていきます。

新しいワイナリーのファースト・ヴィンテージとは思えない完成度です。

After-sales will fade out quickly, while the refreshing acidity and bitterness blend in well. It is a perfection that can't be considered the first vintage of a new winery.
