ルミエール スパークリング甲州

昨晩の甲府市中央のワインバー「TROLL」のワイン会は日本ワインがテーマでした。ウェルカムワインは【 ルミエール スパークリング 甲州 】。

地元甲州種を使い、瓶内二次発酵後1年間瓶内熟成スパークリングワインです。 和柑橘を想わせる清々しい香り、スッキリとした飲み口と軽やかな味わい。穏やかな酸味のフィニッシュは非常にドライでバランスが良く爽やか。心地よい飲み心地のワインでした。
