大和葡萄酒 番イ

若干赤みを帯びた、少しの濁りのある淡いレモンイエロー。  柔らかな洋ナシの様な柑橘の香りにわずかな丁子の香り。果実味をを感じる柔らかなアタックの後、乳酸発酵を思わせる柔らかでいて豊富な酸。ミネラルに包まれた感じのする、全体に優しいニュアンスと旨味を感じながら短いアフターへと続きます。今年1月より売切れとなっていた、コスパに優れた人気のシュール・リーが新ヴィンテージでリリースされました。

A slightly reddish, slightly hazy pale lemon yellow. A slight clove flavor with a citrus-like scent like a soft pear. A soft and abundant acid reminiscent of lactic acid fermentation after a soft attack that feels fruity. It feels like being wrapped in minerals, and continues to a short after, while feeling the whole kind nuance and taste.
