Ch.メルシャン 北信シャルドネ 2002

山梨県笛吹市の「野野」さんのワイン会は全てブラインドで出されるとっても熱い会です。オーナー提供のワインは、“厚みを感じさせる果実味と綺麗で滑らかな酸、ミネラルは繊細で密度の高いボディと、余韻での甘味にさえ感じるアルコールの熱さ” を感じるワインでした。で、私の答えは「カルフォルニアのシャルドネ」。ところがマスクを外すとなんと「北信シャルドネ 2002」！

2004年ののコンペティションにおいて、審査員が高く評価された「日本のシャルドネ」です。

参った。けど、とても良いワインでした。ますます好きになりました。

ちなみに、後ろに写っているのはCh.メルシャン 椀子ヴィヤードの小林ワイナリー長。彼がこのブラインドに何て答えたかは、内緒です。
